At Waterfield IT Solutions, we believe in practical, reliable technology support—with a personal touch and a deep understanding of how small businesses really operate.

I’m Brittany, a California native who’s been fascinated by computers since childhood. My tech journey started early: at 15, I was offered a job at Gateway Computers (back when that cow-spotted box was a household name). I officially joined their sales team at 18, but I was always drawn to the back room—learning directly from the techs how to troubleshoot and repair hardware. That passion stuck.

When Gateway closed, I joined the IT department of a local bank, where I expanded my skills into enterprise-level systems. Our team maintained over 700 computers, including servers, printers, and networks. I dove into automation, software deployment, and basic programming—learning what it takes to keep a business running smoothly behind the scenes.

In 2013, I moved to New York and pivoted into construction estimating. While there, I helped grow a small estimating department into a team of over 20, building systems for software management, reporting, databases, and workflow automation. This crossover between IT and construction gave me a unique edge: I understand both the tech and the trade.

Today, based in sunny Florida, I offer IT services tailored to small and mid-sized businesses—especially those in construction, contracting, and the trades. From network setup and device management to recommending the right software for estimating, blueprint reading, and reporting, I’m here to help you streamline your operations and scale smart.
